天冷,来碗热呼呼的银杏鸡汤吧,既营养滋补,又暖身暖胃暖心哦。银杏又叫白果,是营养丰富的高级滋补品,经常食用白果,可以滋阴养颜抗衰老,扩张微血管,促进血液循环,使人肌肤、面部红润,精神焕发,延年益寿。但最好每天不超过20粒,多吃对身体也不好的,适量哦。
银杏炖鸡
原料:鸡子半只500克,白果50克,枸杞10克,盐,白胡椒粉,葱,姜
做法:
1、准备好原料,鸡肉切块,枸杞泡水;
2、锅中放水,水开后把鸡块放入焯水,捞出淋干水分备用;
3、白果剥皮,用开水焯一下,去掉红色的衣;
4、把鸡块、银杏、葱断、姜片,放入高压锅中,加足量的水,盖上盖子,按下煲汤键,30分钟;
5、等高压煲放汽后,放入盐和枸杞调味,再煲5分钟,后加入胡椒粉即可享用了。
